Fifteen years ago, we began our journey with a clear mission: to play a key role in creating a sustainable future. With roots in the automotive industry, our passion for technology and commitment to tackling carbon emissions drove us to pioneer EV charging in the UK.

From the outset, the road wasn’t easy. Public awareness of EVs was low, investment appetite was limited and charging standards often clashed between manufacturers.

Breakthrough moment
A defining breakthrough came when we secured our first major contract.
It validated our technology, proved the market was ready, and showed that our mission was not only viable but vital.
Since then, we’ve seen rapid changes in the EV landscape: widespread adoption, supportive government policy and rising customer expectations for reliability and ease of use.
Each shift pushed us to innovate — from smart charging solutions and renewable integration, to creating the industry’s largest dedicated maintenance and call centre teams.
What defines our journey?
But it’s our people who have truly defined our journey. Engineers, operatives, project teams, maintenance and service teams, logistics, customer service, sales and marketing colleagues and more — their expertise and collaboration have been the backbone of our growth.
Equally, our partners and customers have been central to our success. From councils and charge point operators to fleet managers and businesses across the UK, their trust has enabled us to scale with confidence. Their insights and feedback have pushed us to raise standards, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of drivers and communities.
