Evolt Charging to operate under Evolt Charging Ltd

Continued evolution of the commercial EV charging solutions business

Evolt Charging has announced that the business will operate under a new legal entity, Evolt Charging Ltd, as part of an internal group reorganisation of SWARCO Smart Charging Ltd.

The change reflects the continued evolution of the commercial EV charging solutions business which has been part of the UK EV charging industry since 2010.

In recent years, Evolt Charging and PoGo Charge have operated as two distinct businesses within the same legal entity, SWARCO Smart Charging Ltd. However, as the two businesses have evolved, it has become increasingly clear that they serve different markets, customers and commercial models. Establishing Evolt Charging Ltd as a standalone legal entity provides greater clarity for both existing and future customers, partners, suppliers and the wider market.

Against this backdrop, the transition strengthens the long-term position of the Evolt business by ensuring it operates within a structure that appropriately reflects it market focus, customer base and strategic direction.
