The General Terms of Sale define the overarching contractual framework applicable across all Evolt Charging products and services and covering aspects such as quote-to-order process, contract formation, delivery, pricing, invoicing and payment, warranty, liability, confidentiality, intellectual property, termination, and dispute resolution.

The Supplemental Terms provide service-specific provisions that complement the General Terms of Sale.  Depending on the service purchased, these terms cover matters such as service delivery, scope of work, acceptance, service levels, maintenance arrangements, service-specific customer obligations, and other operational requirements.

Warranty Terms govern the warranty coverage provided by Evolt Charging in relation to its Hardware Products, Installation Services, and Maintenance Services. They set out the applicable warranty periods, the scope of cover, any exclusions and limitations, and the remedies available for qualifying warranty claims.
